Who is responsible

Ninabot Sàrl, c/o Openest coworking SA, Chemin de Riantbosson 19, 1217 Meyrin, Switzerland (UID CHE-287.575.522). For any question or request about your data: [email protected].

This site, nokker.ai

  • No cookies, no audience measurement, no advertising. Fonts and videos are served by the site itself.
  • Your language and theme choice is kept in your browser (local storage) and never sent.
  • The site goes through the Cloudflare, Inc. network, which protects and caches it; our servers keep technical logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for security and operation.
  • The playable demos run entirely in your browser: they replay a recorded session, call no AI and send nothing you type (the site forbids them any network call).
  • The Lokkal install commands redirect you to GitHub, Inc., which then receives your request.

Beta application

The /beta/ form collects what you fill in (name, email, country, your answers) to select testers and contact you about the beta and the launch. This data is stored in Switzerland, never sold or used for anything else, and deleted on request. The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile; the confirmation email is sent from our own mail server.

The app, during the beta

What applies to your account is set out in the beta terms. In short: the app is hosted in France by OVHcloud (account, conversations, connectors and AI model computation); any payments go through Stripe; using your conversations to improve our models is a separate choice, unticked by default, and the content of your connectors (emails, calendar, files) is never used for it; every action that has an effect or costs money is put to you before it runs; you can export your data and have it deleted.

Lokkal, on your machine

Lokkal runs on your computer, in containers; its memory is stored at home. What leaves your machine depends on what you choose: the AI model it talks to (your own, or the one we offer), remote access through our gateway, and the link with a Nokker account (which can sync your memory with that account). Lokkal is open source: you can check what it does.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at [email protected]. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies; for people residing in the European Union, the GDPR as well.
